Student Safety & Code of Conduct
Version 1.0 · Effective 4 October 2026
TivloLab wants every student to learn in a safe and respectful space, online and at our training centers. This policy applies to students, trainers and staff.
TivloLab's commitments
- Every trainer's identity and qualifications are checked, and police verification is done before they teach.
- Trainers contact students only through official TivloLab channels: class links, the student portal, the business email, or official class groups.
- For students under 18, trainers never arrange private one-to-one meetings, calls or chats outside class.
- Training centers have adult supervision during every practical session.
- Any complaint of harassment, bullying or abuse is taken seriously, kept confidential and acted on quickly. Where the law requires it, including under the POCSO Act, TivloLab will report the matter to the authorities.
Students agree to
- Treat trainers and other students with respect. No bullying, abusive language, threats or discrimination of any kind.
- Join live classes with their real name, and keep their camera and microphone use appropriate.
- Not record, screenshot or share classes, class material or other students' images without permission.
- Not share class links, login details or OTPs with anyone.
- Use center computers, drones and equipment only as instructed, and report any damage.
- Not cheat in assessments or submit someone else's work as their own.
- Not bring alcohol, tobacco, drugs or any dangerous item to a center.
Trainers and staff agree to
- Keep all communication with students professional and through official channels.
- Never ask students for personal favors or money, or share personal social media contacts.
- Report any safety concern about a student to TivloLab management on the same day.
